A Creative Approach to Real Estate Video

Reloquence invites sellers, developers and investors to showcase properties with creative video walkthroughs.

Recommended videographers* include, but are not limited to:

According to Zillow, video walkthroughs can triple the number of views your listing gets. Not only are people drawn to the image of the play button, but adding video content can help your listing rank higher. Alternatively, the Zillow 3D Home Tour app will allow participating realtors to create a tour using their smartphones, then easily upload it from the app.

Tri-Blend Media has 167,000 subscribers and 45 million views on YouTube. They receive 80,000-130,000 views a day across all videos and gain on average 350 subscribers a day. If you want your videos to be seen on social media and you believe that more views can accelerate the sale of your property, then Tri-Blend is your best bet for creative video walkthroughs.

Although most other video production houses don't have such impressive social analytics, they can create videos that outperform others on Zillow. Most will include drone footage and music, with seamless transitions between shots, and some are even willing to work with actors and social media influencers during the shoot.

The style and tone of each video will vary from property to property, but high production values and art installations will enhance every video walkthrough, making a memorable impact on potential buyers.

Tri-Blend Media: The Stanley House, Sunset Blvd | Tiger Video

1894 N Stanley Ave Los Angeles CA 90046

The Stanley House is perched like an eagle's nest on the #1 promontory view lot in Hollywood Hills hovering just above Los Angeles with the ultimate in privacy and expansive 270° panoramic views to enjoy from the stunning infinity pool day or night.

Tri-Blend's two video walkthroughs present the most masterful mid-century modern paradise ever constructed. The architecture is XTEN's Austin Kelly's last swan song. The art installation is by RETNA. The amenities list goes on and on with the finest customization including a private night club "Disco Volante" that will take you to space and back. Lenny Kravitz of Kravitz Design was Creative Director & Interiors.

Less than four months after being listed for $38 million in 2018, the house sold for $33,000,000, cash.  For reference, this was the third-biggest sale ever in the Hollywood Hills. Although Tri-Blend’s productions go far beyond what the average home seller will need, they provide a reference for the ultimate in what can be accomplished with video, particularly for properties that are hard to sell.
